How long does it take to get the report?

Reports are normally delivered within 1–4 business days, depending on access to the strata records. We request access immediately.

Do I still need a building inspection?

Yes. A building inspection looks at the condition of the unit itself, while a strata report examines the overall scheme’s finances, management, and history.
